Located in Wollongong, our programme is led by an experienced physiotherapist who tailors each session to meet your specific rehabilitation needs. With small group sizes—limited to just five participants—you’ll receive the personalised attention you need in a supportive environment. Each session is carefully crafted to help you achieve your recovery goals efficiently, with professional guidance every step of the way.


Duration
Our knee rehabilitation programme runs for six weeks, providing a structured and progressive approach to improving knee health. Each week, you’ll engage in a customised routine designed to steadily increase your strength and reduce pain, ensuring you make consistent progress throughout your recovery journey.

Classes are conducted at our state-of-art physiotherapy clinic, located at 1/35 Shellharbour Road, Lake Illawarra, NSW 2528.

Frequency
Sessions are held twice a week, with each session lasting an hour, giving you the perfect balance of activity and recovery.
